Taliance and control.IT announce merger agreement

Taliance and control.IT, two IT firms who specialise in providing software and services to the real estate investment market in France and Germany, are officially announcing their merger. The merger is on an equal partnership basis agreement between both companies and will solidify their strong position in the German and French markets. This increased capacity is allowing them to open new offices, the first of which has been opened in the UK.
Taliance and control.IT saw many synergies in their business as full-service software, consulting and integration firms with a shared mission of excellence in project and change management. These common values have naturally brought them together as partners in projects with a Pan European scope and they quickly understood the values of a merged operation.

The new group has a vision of the evolving market for real estate information systems where challenges include timely and accurate delivery of information, internationalisation, increasingly complex planning processes, and the need to improve information and data flow management.
