BISonBox
An integrated and all-embracing Asset Management Tool
The focus of BISonBox is an all-embracing solution, which covers all typical requirements of the Asset Management. It is a flexible standard software – after installation, all enhancement possibilities, which are already given to our BISonXP customers, are also available to our BISonBox customers.
The tools for data integration will enable you to unify the real estate and financial data, which are normally situated in different systems and data sources of large and distributed portfolios (or situated at Asset Managers with different customers) in a structure. Furthermore, the tool allows updates at a high frequency.
The reporting tool will enable you to generate an all-embracing overview about the investments. The data and key figures will be provided equally repeatable, individualized and standardized to the investors.
Medium term planning and derivation of value indications
BISonBox provides a planning model not only considering the single asset as a whole (profit, expenses, measures, loans, balance). It also offers a pre-configured instrument for the corporate planning and the planning of its structure. (Funds, holding, etc.)
The planning component covers the specific requirements of a long-term property planning, and also the assessment forecast derives from the property planning.
Out of the Box – solution BISonBox is suitable for each individual business model
The BISonBox is technically based on our regular software BISonXP that we successfully apply in various large projects of important customers in the German real estate market. The total – often proofed – flexibility of our software is completely integrated in the BISonBox.
