BISimmo serves as the connection between operative real estate management systems, and anticipated systems, such as BISonXP. Data from any kind of real estate systems can be merged, converted and administered without losing the level of detail that is integral for structured planning and successful analysis processes.
The integrative function of the BISimmo DB is important, because it is rarer for comprehensive and international portfolios to be administrated in single source systems. Instead, they are usually administered locally through different (and often specialized) systems, or different legal constructions. Within the application of BISimmo, the emphasis is put on standardization. This applies both to the standardization of the plan as well as actual structures. So simulation and analytical combination for the planning of variably structured portfolios can be possible as a simulated calculation.
