Rental Income Forecast with BISgetRent
BISgetRent offers a rental income forecast on a standardized basis. The data taken from the BISimmo structure serves as basis for this module. The rental income forecast is also possible on summarization levels.
The complete calculation with BISgetRent is facilitated by Excel functions. Memory-hungry formulas dragging over several tables can be avoided. The calculation is controlled by its own dialog, and the quick performance is achieved by returning the results as an array.
Also, different levels of customization are possible, for example the combination of region and utilization type, or storing on level of the actual area.
Through the implementation of the index analyzer (developed by Dr. Ropeter-Ahlers), the index forecast can be analyzed graphically for rental contracts that have been indexed. Thus, the forecasting horizon can be chosen flexibly or be extended by individual indices. There is a direct connection to the BISimmo DB.
